How are Maison Parris pieces made?

Each piece is handmade — from cutting to assembly — in the Maison Parris workshop, located in France.

Are the collections limited edition?

Yes, some collections are offered in limited editions. This depends on the theme and nature of each collection.

Can I return an item ?

If you're not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the items to us.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. Items must be returned in perfect condition — unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Please note that personalized items are non-refundable.

What is the return processing time ?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
The timeline depends solely on the shipping carrier used for the return.

How can I request an exchange or a refund ?

Please contact us at maisonparris@gmail.com, mentioning your order number. We will provide the instructions for the return process.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

What are the delivery times?

For pre-orders, the estimated shipping date is provided in advance. Once shipped, you can expect:
– 2 working days for France,
– 4 to 8 working days for international delivery.

As each piece is handmade, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
All shipments are made from France via La Poste.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from France.

How can I track my order ?

A tracking number will be sent to you automatically by email once your order has shipped.
It will allow you to follow your parcel at any time.

What are the shipping costs ?

Shipping is free for club members only.

Standard shipping rates:
– France: €25
– International: €45
Customs duties may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Do I have to pay customs fees ?

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders are available for a limited time. During this period, you can reserve your piece.
Once the pre-order window closes, your item will be made and shipped by the date previously indicated.

In some cases, the number of available pre-order pieces is set in advance. Once this limit is reached, orders will automatically close.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make changes.
Please contact us as soon as possible at maisonparris@gmail.com and include your order number.
We cannot guarantee any changes once the preparation is in progress.

How do I choose my size ?

What if my item arrived damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping, but incidents can still happen.
Please contact us within 48 hours at maisonparris@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number.
We’ll do our best to find a solution as quickly as possible.
