Shipping Times

All our pieces are handcrafted in our atelier in France.
Please allow up to 7 business days (Monday to Saturday) for the preparation of your order before it is shipped.

Once your parcel is ready, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Pre-orders

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is indicated in advance on the product page.

Once the pre-order period has ended, your piece will be shipped on the scheduled date.

Please note that pre-orders may be available in limited quantities.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are shipped from France via La Poste Colissimo. Average delivery times are as follows:

• France: 48h (business days)

• Europe: 72h (business days)

• International: 4 to 8 business days

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is €35 for France and Europe, and €55 for international orders.

Shipping is complimentary for all orders over €500 and for Club members eligible for this offer.

Customs Fees

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You will be able to track its progress in real time.
