Returns and exchanges
If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Personalized items are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not currently offer free returns.
Please note: If you encounter an exceptional case, we kindly ask you to contact our team before taking any action.
Exchanges
For any exchange request, please contact us at the following email address: maisonparris@gmail.com, mentioning your order number.
The exchange will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund as soon as possible.
Initial shipping costs are non refundable.
Processing times
Processing time depends on the carrier and the delivery time frame.
We will keep you informed as soon as we receive your return.
